We want to see vibrant communities of Jesus followers among the least reached.

OM in Ireland seeks to equip and resource the local church so that together, in partnership, we can reach our communities with the proclamation of the Gospel.

By equipping local churches, they will be more effective in reaching their communities and seeing lives transformed.  

The average evangelical church in Ireland has less than 50 members and evangelicals make up less than 2% of the population in the whole country. Often, churches are led by individuals with vision and passion but who lack quality resources and available workers.
