Requirements

MediaWorks equips local ministries around the globe with relevant print and digital media that helps them share the gospel and strengthen believers in their communities.
We are looking for a team member to strengthen our media creation department.
Your role would be tailor-made for you according to your skills and interests in one of the following areas:

• Graphic Design 

      -Flyer and brochure design
      -Book cover design
      -Layout
      -Branding & logo design
      -UI / UX

• Illustration

      -Storyboarding
      -Sketching
      -Concept art
      -Drawing

• Motion Graphics 

      -Storyboarding
      -Animation
    -Visual effects

• Social media 
• Product photography

Requirements:

• Intimate relationship with Jesus
• Understanding of and compliance with OM, its core values, structures, and statement of faith (https://www.om.org/mediaworks/en/content/about-om)
• good command of English
• Work experience in your area of expertise (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in graphic design programs from the Adobe Creative Cloud and others (preferred but not required)
• Contextual design for foreign cultures and audiences
• Ability to learn new software and workflows
• Ability to work in a team as well as independently
• Good time management skills
• Work alongside media partners, translators, printers or copywriters
• Flexible, willing to develop your skills 

In this role, it is possible to work locally in our office near Vienna, Austria, or remotely.
