Everyone should have the chance to hear the Gospel at least once.
And yet, there is a generation growing up in today's Ireland, who don't know what it means to follow Jesus.
One of the greatest needs in Ireland is for Jesus' message to be preached and lived out in an everyday context. Most of the Bible-based churches, outside the big urban areas, lack the resources and people needed.
Partners for Church Growth has been developing since 2014 as a response to this need.
The main qualification to be part of this endeavour is to have a God-given passion for the lost and the willingness to work long-term (a minimum of three years) in partnership with the local church.
This initiative is suitable for a wide range of ages, and abilities, and allows for personal discipleship.
Examples of a Partner's ministry role range from youth worker to small group coordinator to media/tech to pastoral care to church planter and more.

Upon joining OM, the new Partner will be helped in orientation and finding a suitable placement that matches their personality, gifting, vision and theology.
