Help short-term teams and individuals find their place on the field where they can bless others and be inspired themselves.
This is a role for someone gifted in communication and planning, who will communicate the available opportunities in Greece, screen applicants, help place them, and organise their trips. You will be their link with the team on the ground.
As part of the team you are expected to make an effort to learn Greek, and will be encouraged to use some of your work hours to be involved in an outreach ministry yourself.
The ability to inspire and encourage is important in this role, as is a gift for managing details.
