Year Programme Participant

The Year Programme GSM is a 10-month training designed for individuals to grow in their relationship with God and their identity in Christ. We want each participant to be shaped and inspired to be the person God has made them to be. We aim to provide tools for participants to grow in their relationship with God. We will walk with them as they wrestle, learn, do, and grow. At the end of the programme, we hope each participant will be able to contribute to our VCJF vision.

International Finance Training Manager

We have an urgent need for a person with excellent training skills. It would be great if you have knowledge of accounting systems but this is not essential.  Someone who is passionate about finance, training and seeing people become followers of Jesus. In this key role, you will help OM around the world impact the kingdom of God by developing and providing high-quality financial training throughout OM to all personnel involved in Finance.

Community Project Manager

Are you experienced in business training and coaching? Do you have community development experience? Can you encourage people as they start a business and form follow-up groups? These groups support and encourage each other and work together toward solutions to uplift the community economically. OM's Micro enterprise business ministry is passionate about helping people transform, uplift and empower their communities through business. Help us renew hope and see lasting change in peoples' lives.

Incarnate Pathway Manager - Inspiro Arts Alliance

Do you love to organize complex events? Can you imagine touching every corner of the globe with beauty by helping equip artists to serve cross-culturally?

Inspiro Arts Alliance cultivates and empowers artists globally to awaken the world to God's beauty. Incarnate is our flag-ship training that runs over over 4 months in multiple locations.

The Director of Training is responsible for developing and delivering training to a broad spectrum of artists to aid in their holistic development and ministry to the least reached.
